Credit Card Payments - Duplicate Charges
Our credit card processing company, Invoice Cloud, has notified us that Visa experienced an issue on their end from April 11, 2025 through April 13, 2025. The issue resulted in duplicate charges to their cardholders. Invoice Cloud is working with Visa to refund impacted customers. If you made a payment during that time and were charged twice, please contact your card issuer. We did not receive duplicate payments on our end. We apologize for the inconvenience.
