Invitation to Bid Double K Pasture

The Board of Directors of Morgan County Quality Water “District” have determined, that, after evaluation of the Rangeland in the “Double K Pasture”, it is appropriate to graze a portion of the land in that area.  A formal bid packet may be obtained at the Morgan County Quality Water District office at 17586 County Road 20, Fort Morgan, Colorado. 

If you choose to bid the pasture for this three-year seasonal lease, please submit your formal bid to Quality Water’s District Office at 17586 MCR 20, Fort Morgan, CO no later than Friday April 18, 2025 at the close of business.

Note: The pasture does not come with a water supply so the Lessee will be solely responsible to supply/haul water to the property.

The pasture will be leased as a single unit and cannot be leased in part.  Bidder agrees to the terms and conditions of the contract.  If you have any questions regarding the bid format, please contact Kent Pflager at (970) 867-3054.
