After thirty (30) days from June 26, 2025, National Storage Tank, Inc., CONTRACTOR, will be paid the full balance due on the Morgan County Quality Water District, Weingardt Well 3 & Sandy Hills Dairy Modifications project covered by Engineer’s Contract No. 23-101.05.  All persons having claims for labor, rentals, services, or materials furnished under this Contract, who shall not have been paid therefor, shall present the same to the OWNER in writing and verified prior to the date specified above, or the OWNER shall be free of all liabilities for attempting to obtain payment to such persons by the CONTRACTOR
